This image was made outside of Sacramento, California right after a massive thunderstorm. I was drawn to the scene because of the angle of the lighting on the grain elevator and the reflection of the structure in the pool of water. The scene reminded me of an Edward Hopper painting. Exposure of the film was 1/15 sec at f-22 minus with a #15 yellow filter. The 16×20 print was made on grade 2½ paper.
